All of our products are made to order. This means that each item is produced individually once an order is placed. We do not hold inventory, and items are created specifically for you. Because of this made-to-order process:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect colour selection
• We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after placing your order
• Please review all information carefully before purchasing

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund, provided that you:

• contact us within 30 days of delivery
• include your order number
• include a description of the issue
• include clear photographs of the product
• The issue must be a confirmed manufacturing defect or transit damage. Once approved, we will either arrange a free reprint, or Issue a refund

Print Placement Tolerance
All products are manufactured using print-on-demand processes. Due to production techniques, slight variations in print placement may occur. There is a placement tolerance of up to 0.5 inches (1.27 cm) in any direction. Minor variations within this tolerance range are considered normal and will not be classified as defects.

Incorrect Orders
We are unable to offer refunds or reprints for:

• incorrect size selection
• incorrect colour selection
• change of mind
• orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase

• a description of the issue

• We will review your case promptly and provide next steps

Cushion Pillows:

• Sponge clean only
• Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), gentle cycle, mild detergent (*Pillowcase only, not the filling)
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry: low heat (*Pillowcase only, not the filling)
• Do not iron
• Do not dry clean

Throw Blankets:

• Cold machine wash with similar color garments using a gentle cycle
• Tumble dry on low setting or hang dry
• Do not bleach or dry clean

Cushion Pillows:

• Available in 4 sizes
• Please note: Inserts will be 2-3 inches longer than the covers, providing the pillow with extra volume when assembled.
  

Throw Blankets:

• Available in 3 sizes
• Please note: This is a pre-constructed item. A size variance of +/- 3" is possible.
