We want you to be happy with your purchase. As all of our products are made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will offer a free replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Please include:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
Incorrect orders
If you receive the wrong item, we will correct this at no cost to you.
Returns and exchanges
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Colour preference
Please check product details carefully before ordering.
Print placement & colour variation
Slight variations may occur due to the printing process.
A tolerance of up to 0.5 inches in print placement and minor colour differences are considered normal and are not defects.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after purchase. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
